SVP Integrated Marketing

Mandy O’Donnell has been at Leverage Agency for the past four years as an SVP, Integrated Marketing. Mandy works across account teams at Leverage to create and implement strategic public relations campaigns, sponsorship activations, experiential marketing, strategic partnerships and special events. She is currently helping to manage the introduction of German soccer team FC Schalke to America as well as developing a strategic launch program for One World Academy, a wisdom and meditation school based in India. Mandy spearheaded the wildly successful PR campaign for “Cricket All-Stars,” including NYSE Opening Bell, live draw press event and post-game pressers resulting in 2 billion impressions. She also ran logistics and media operations for the three-time “Rivalry On Ice” hockey game at MSG. In addition, Mandy managed H&M's memorable Super Bowl PR campaign with David Beckham, helped American Pharoah ride to media popularity and launched Sketchers' GoRun shoe with marathon star Meb Keflezighi.

Prior to joining Leverage, Mandy was with MSLGroup for 18 years where she developed and managed national sports and lifestyle initiatives for PUMA, Nike, Nabisco, Philips, Heineken, Amstel Light and Western Union. She has worked closely with professional leagues, teams and governing bodies on numerous public relations/sponsorship activations including FIFA World Cup, US Soccer Federation, Major League Soccer, UEFA Champions League, Women's Professional Soccer, Olympic Games, US Open Tennis, PGA Tour, Volvo Ocean Race and the NYC Marathon. She has also helped support clients at the Sundance Film Festival, Tribeca Film Festival, Coachella, Telluride, South Beach Wine & Food Festival and Winter Music Festival.

Mandy is also a volunteer marketer for Grassroot Soccer, a non-profit that uses the power of soccer to educate and mobilize communities to stop the spread of HIV/AIDS in Africa. A former #1 high school tennis player in NYC, Mandy attended Boston University on a tennis scholarship and is still active in multiple sports, especially softball and hockey. She and her husband live in NYC and have two daughters who play high-level soccer.
