Senior Account Executive

Fernando Loureiro is a Senior Account Executive at Leverage Agency. He is a member of the Consulting team at Leverage and also works across spectrum of accounts including FC Schalke 04 and One World Academy. He also advises on a number of international deals, from athlete representation to business development - mainly from Latin America.

Before joining Leverage last year, Fernando worked at Entertainment Sports Management (ESM), a sports marketing agency in Brazil, as a Sales & Marketing Manager where he developed marketing strategies for brands such as Nike, TIM, Medley/Sanofi Aventis, Kirin, Unilever, Allianz, Canon and Ford Motor Company. He primarily focused on sponsorship activation, fan engagement, digital campaigns, CSR projects, creative ideation, grassroots marketing and management of top athletes and soccer teams. Prior to that, Fernando worked at IT Mídia, a major specialized publisher for the Technology & Health industry professionals, where he managed sales, publicity and event sponsorship. He also worked as an account executive at the World Trade Center where he developed a strong network with Brazilian C-Level executives. He started his career at NeogamaBBH, an advertising agency in Brazil, interning in events operations and strategy planning for brands such as Johnny Walker and Bradesco.

Fernando received his undergraduate degree and Masters degree from Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing (ESPM) in Brazil, and received an additional Masters degree in Sports Business from New York University. He is also an avid sports enthusiast, playing as many soccer leagues as he can handle in NYC and probably the biggest fan of São Paulo (BR) in New York.
